「It was rather noisy in the evening, not a very good noise absorption. Also, it was difficult to check in as the system was down and everything was automated. But in the end, we did manage to get in the room with a help from the staff. Although we could not manage to operate the TV. Coffee and tea were excellent. Also, the design of the room was nice. Property is close to public transport.」

「The hotel needs to take a look on its electrical appliances, the fridge was left unplugged, and when we tried, we found that the socket was broken and it was so dangerous! The hotel implements a "Quiet policy" within the hotel at night, sadly the hotel is located among several bars, casinos and restaurants, plus its poor sound proofing, it was very noisy at mid-night. In some of the days, the house keeping were not done when we expected to, or when we have asked to. 」

「Het slot op de voordeur werkte niet; de ventilatie in de badkamer werkte ook niet; de wifi code werd na een verzoek s middags pas de volgende ochtend om ca 11 u geleverd; er was lawaaiiverlast van het cafe beneden en de omgeving toppunt van mistroostigheid. De instructies voor de toegang tot de kaner per mail klopte totaal niet en de telefonische contacten met het contactnummer in de dagen ervoor en bij aankomst kwamen niet tot stand」

「Clean rooms. Spacious. Had a view. Nice bed. Liked the kitchenette. Location was good, in a safe and clean area, a little bit outside of old town. Staff was helpful. Liked the 24h front desk. They let us use the shower room post check-out before heading to the airport, which was great.」
