Overall enjoyable experience

We stayed here as a family of four and had an overall enjoyable experience.Pros:The property has plenty of rooms, which gave everyone space to relax and spread out.A grocery store is conveniently located about 15 minutes away, making it easy to grab food and drinks during our stay.The hot tub was in great working condition and definitely a highlight after a day outdoors.Cons:The beach volleyball court could use some upkeep—it wasn’t in the best shape for playing.The pond was quite overgrown with lily pads, which made swimming difficult.There were no kayaks available, which was a bit disappointing, but we brought our own inflatable boat and it worked well on the pond.We experienced a plumbing issue where water would back up after showers, which was inconvenient.With a few improvements, this place could be even better. Still, we appreciated the space and peaceful surroundings for a short family getaway.

Déception

Malheureusement le chalet que nous avions réservé en lisant le descriptif et en regardant les photos ne reflètent pas celui que nous avons eu. Certains points/choses demanderaient de l'amélioration. - le module de jeu pour enfant n'est pas utilisable (contrairement au photo de l'annonce) - le barbecue est extrêmement sale et n'a pas été nettoyé avant notre arrivée. - l'eau du spa n'était vraiment pas belle à notre arrivée (ceci a été réglé par la suite) - un des canots est fendu et un autre réparé avec du "tape". - aucun paddle board (contrairement aux photos du site). - Aucun ponton (contrairement au descriptif de l'annonce) - Chalet près de la route - Odeur de la fosse septique lors de journées chaudes/humides Aussi, il serait très intéressant d'avoir l'air climatisé dans le chalet. Par contre, lorsque nous avons avisé Réserver.ca de la situation, nous avons eu un retour rapidement. Bon service à la clientèle. Malgré tout un bon séjour mais le descriptif et les photos devraient être revus et corrigés.

Chalet très facile d'accès, à moins de 10 min du Mont Blanc, très grande aire commune accueillante et confortable, cuisine super bien équippée. Tout le groupe à adoré

Nice, but a little rustic for the price

We enjoyed our time. Main floor was great for family gathering. It was a little too rustic for the price. Chalet was clean, location was good. Beds and pillow were uncomfortable and bedrooms were a little tight.
