“A great place! Family run for almost a century. So much history in the building, friendly and helpful staff, and beautiful scenery. Highly recommend.”

“We booked the hotel due to food being served, when we arrived there was no food during the week and only at weekend which was not reflected on the website. Room was not as described, very small, en-suite had mould all in shower, ceiling and it was dirty. ( see photos below ). Bed was damp, cold, springs had gone in mattress, room smelt of damp, was cold, carpet dirty very worn and overall the room was dirty. Carpets in the hallway was dirty and worn, needs to be updated and some money spent in……

“Our stay was a wonderful experience to celebrate a special wedding anniversary. The Heritage Suite was an indulgence, that we so enjoyed, including using the musical kettle. The breakfasts were superb with a huge choice of food. The whole stay was topped off by a daily visit to the Spa. The staff were so friendly & helpful. The only criticism was that the potatoes in the Irish stew we had one night in the Bar, were not cooked properly.”

“So this property is in bad need of a renovation. The carpets of the rooms looks like they’re from the 70s. Still, the doors are very old as well. The windows were rickity and there was construction next door with heavy machinery creating a lot of noise. In the end, we did not stay here. We did ask to cancel and for a refund, but we’ve heard nothing back from the management. My recommendation is find somewhere else to stay.”

“Amazing Glamping Pod. Very clean. In a very quiet area. Would stay again! Highly recommended for couples that want a quiet stay away from the city noise. Restaurants are an easy 20 minute walk away.”

“The room was very comfortable and clean. Our only critique is that the towels were a bit skimpy and there was no face-cloth, despite only supplying liquid soap. The lobby provides plenty of space for gathering and the location is excellent. Ample parking for those arriving with a car. ”

“For my first B&B experience, Crystal Springs blew me out of the water. When I arrived I was greeted by Harvey, a big sweetie of a dog, and then the hostess, who was the most lovely woman. The breakfast each day was so filling, warm, and delicious; the fruit salad and soda bread were my favorite additions to my smoked salmon toast each morning. The room was pristine, the whole facility clean and beautiful, and it was such a great stay. I will definitely stay there again during my next trip! ”

“酒店不大，但是很有风格，而且也有电梯，这对前后住了两个没有电梯的酒店的我们来说非常重要，虽然电梯不大，但是小而温馨正是酒店的风格。我们一共订了三间房，每间房的装修都不一样，顶楼的房间空间更高。而且预订时以为是不包早餐的，到酒店后告知包含早餐，非常不错。”

“Amazing property!!!! Beautiful, cozy Killarney boutique hotel with authentic Irish charm. Rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated with the most comfortable beds. Multiple lounge areas with wood burning fireplaces. The staff were incredible from the moment we stepped in the door. Always welcoming and willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay wonderful. Chloe checked us in with a smile and was very welcoming. Justin at the front desk was superb. Aziz greeted us each morning with……

“Conveniently located just a short walk from the shops, pubs and restaurants. Also convenient to Killarney National Park. Lovely staff, delicious breakfast. Rooms are a bit older, but clean and comfortable. Parking was available in a small lot in front of the building.”
