“Very cool hotel! Great location! Staff was great!”

“We reserved a jacuzzi suite months prior to our trip. The night before we were to arrive, we were called and told they had no suites available and when asked they said it had been that way for 3 months but never called to inform me. So, i had to go into a single room but we had 2 couples since the reserved room was a 2 room suite. The other couple did not want to sleep in the same room so had to get their own room. We would have split the bill of $553 2 ways but ended up having to pay much……

“Room was fine but dated with carpeting. Bathroom old tubs and shower. Not like the photo on website. Needs updating. Toilets broken and required maintenance. Heating system was noisy and rattled throughout the night. Requested a room with view and balcony and received a construction view. Loud and noisy with heavy equipment operating all day. Next time I pass through the area I’ll stay at the hotel under construction next time. Most staff were pleasant but not all. ”

“Clean rooms. The elevator was so dirty, don’t know why they don’t clean it. ”

“I just want to know if they clean more better will be better. I just complain not in the clean.”

“Maybe you are disappointed about the hotel when you first see it. But when you go inside the room, you will be amazed.”
