This home is thoughtfully laid out over two full stories of living space, elevated above a ground-level indoor/outdoor entertainment zone. With a mix of open common areas and private bedrooms, it’s designed to give guests both space to gather and room to relax.

We’re a boutique, woman-owned company that manages a carefully curated selection of homes across Louisiana and Idaho. At Bonnabel Haus Properties, we believe in creating welcoming spaces where guests can truly relax and feel cared for. We’re local, available, and always happy to share tips to help you make the most of your stay.

You’ll have full, private access to:
All levels of the home
Private boat dock and lift
Downstairs gas kitchen, bar, TV area, and dining space
Fish cleaning station
Half bath downstairs
Elevator access between ground and main living level
Garages and gear storage

Whether you're here for fishing, hunting, or simply enjoying nature, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips.

Access is via a smart lock system — arrival details will be sent once the rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit or damage waiver are completed.

While the home offers complete privacy, your hosts are just a message away should you need anything before or during your stay!

Other Important things to note:
- This home is available for stays of 30 days or more only. It's perfect for monthly work assignments, seasonal visits, or temporary transitions.
- Pets are welcome with prior approval before check-in. A pet fee of $75 per pet, per stay applies.
- No Smoking or Vaping: This is strictly a smoke-free property. A $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations.
- Noise Policy: This home is in a peaceful, scenic area. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM, and be considerate of the surrounding neighborhood.
- Weather notice: Louisiana weather can be unpredictable, and while we do our best to prepare for anything, we cannot be held responsible for delays, power outages, storms, or other unforeseen events outside our control. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related events, utility interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our influence. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind.

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions.

As part of our commitment to protecting both our guests and our properties, we require all guests to complete a Guest Rental Agreement and submit either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable insurance waiver. This policy helps ensure peace of mind for everyone—covering accidental damages and helping us maintain the quality and comfort of the home for future guests.
