"Due to an unforeseen emergency change I did not stay there at all but I am have major difficulties getting my refund even though I purchase reservation protection. Now I am getting the run around about my money. But they will hear from me again"

"Room was very clean and property. But please don't stay here after you leave they will constantly steal money from your bank card. And when you reach out they want let you speak to management and everyone is clueless.Whole time imon the phone with the clerk trying to figure out why they stole money the day before they was running my bank card again trying to steal more money"

"The managers and staff at Motel 6 downtown are very unprofessional, rude, and racist. They treat people as if they are trash, they look at African Americans as if we are beneath them. The Indian housekeeper was extremely rude and prejudice. She informed me that she can talk to me any type of way she wants to, the manager did not hold her accountable for her rudeness and informed me that she had the right to curse and bark at me because basically because I did not come down exactly at 11AM to inform them that extended my staff, that was basically like cursing them out and so they had the right to curse and scream at me. He basically gaslighted me and then threatened to put me on the banned list, by making one phone call. I would advise people who are kind, intelligent, and who have a sense of moral never to visit this Motel 6 in New Orleans."

"Room was clean, had everything I needed. Only issue I have was dogs barking, other than that staff were nice. Breakfast lady was lovely and welcoming, good selection of food and waffles are lovely. Having coffee available all day was great. Location was good however you do need a car. Just an idea maybe owners with pets should be separated from other guests rooms so people with Allergies don't get uncomfortable and skin flaring up. Wasn't great feeling like crap. But was a small thing as I should have read that this hotel allows pets. All on all if your ok with pets next door to you, you will enjoy this hotel. I would recommend this hotel."
