「Our host, Stephanie, was simply amazing. The home is 100% as pictured, on VRBO. The space inside and out was awesome, especially the screened porch with tons of comfortable seating, bar, grill, and fridge. We spent the majority of our time, out there. The roll down shades are great when the sun is starting to go down and there’s fans out there too. The kids loved the sand area by the dock. This home/host thought of every little thing from sand toys, to a kitchen stocked with spices, coffee, dish...

「The cottage (actually an apartment to the rear of the main house) was clean, uniquely decorated and comfortable. It worked out great for two couples. It was really nice to have the kitchenette. We had questions a couple times and Frank responded quickly. The only thing that is a tad misleading is the price per night. Definitely check the figure that includes the fees (housekeeping and booking) which in our case doubled the amount. That being said, it was still a good value. We would stay here...

「We needed a place where we could have our beloved dog while we attended a funeral nearby. This place is literally tucked away in a naturally beautiful setting of lush greenery, trees, and solitude. Super clean, quiet, comfy and has all the basics we needed for a short stay of two nights.」

「Very rustic looking on outside but beautifully decorated and clean inside. Double size bed took a little getting used to and kitchen table was small. Very nice walk-in shower.. Hosts were very helpful and provided some nice extras. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking out over the water at many different birds and some fishermen.」

「House was very clean. Some shampoo… some soap and toothpaste supplied. Kitchen supplies…condiments , clothes detergent, toilet paper… you will need to buy. For any home in Villages… it would be good to better understand the golf cart paths… give more instruction. We used the maps app on our phone and put in for 🚲 since carts and bike paths are shared in The Villages. It took a a day or two to figure that out… not all roads are golf cart friendly. Mark was great about switching out the bikes...
