“The accommodations were excellent. The bed, linens, towels and the kitchen were very good. The pool and hot tub were good too. The breakfast was the best I ever had. Everything was very clean.”

“The hotel was clean and the front desk and dining staff were very helpful. However, most of the hotel is original, dating back to the 90's. The second time I stayed there in a month, I was upgraded to a renovated room, so that was nicer. Note: There are no Smart TV's, only cable available, no USB outlets, ( they have extensions cords in several outlets) and the pillows were chippy foam. If you like that kind of pillow, or aren't fussy, then you'll be ok. There is a very old school coffee……

“Excellent location right next to the harbour, just about 15 minute drive to popular spots like Neck Point Park and Pipers Lagoon Park. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were helpful even though I arrived a little earlier than the official check-in time. Parking was in reserved spots within a public parkade, but the hotel had its own dedicated elevator, and there were plenty of parking spaces set aside for hotel guests. “there is no staff there so you are on your own - but that is ok - it is a very small place - old but totally updated inside no extra emenities at all on the outside (ice etc) the stairs to the top floor are not the best but if you are fit, they work!! Booking was great with Expedia but the hotel itself says you need to fill out a form and give 2 pieces if ID? which is not true!! for the money it was worth it”
