“This property is beyond fabulous! The house is cozy and well stocked and the outdoor area is so much fun! The seating around the fire pit is perfect (no need to pack camping chairs!), the hot tub is big and the hammock and children’s swing are perfect touches! The hiking is fabulous and the privacy is excellent!”

“The cabin was cozy and cute with a great view of the Lake. My only complaints were there were soooo many ants all over the counters and ground. It made it very hard to cook and to feed our dog. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the shower is too small and awkward. Great location to get to Indiana Beach and my husband loved fishing there. Their pool was nice too.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room. Beautiful property. We did have a few challenges but no deal breakers. We definitely plan to return but here were the issues: 1. Couldn't find TV remote. Finally found it between cushions of the couch - but it took a while to think of that. 2. No power to the hot tub. It took a while for the host to get back with us on this, so it was too late to enjoy it. 3. We couldn't get the stovetop to work. Dinner was delayed for hours. Finally on a whim pulled……

“The cleaning service leaves a lot to be desired! While putting our sheets on the bed, we found a candy wrapper, a slim Jim wrapper, a pack of cigarettes & a lighter, and a used condom under the mattress! DISGUSTING!!! The side of the refrigerator was caked with grease. And there was no light inside of the refrigerator. The water smelled like rotten eggs. The cabin smelled like mold. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. There were dead bugs on the window sills. The floors were Sandy and……

“The location was great. It felt like you were completely isolated and not in a neighborhood. At first we thought being by the railroad tracks would be a headache but we honestly found it to not be a problem and enjoyed the train horn when it came by. The rules at the end of check out were not lengthy and super easy to do.”
