Why leave home when comfort and recreation await right here? Our beautifully renovated family home is perfectly situated between the stunning Foothills and Flatirons of Boulder and the vibrant energy of Downtown Denver—giving you the best of both worlds.
Enjoy luxury amenities that go beyond most hotels: a spacious private hot tub that fits six adults, a brand-new steam shower, a heated gym, plus relaxing seating areas in both the front and backyard. As a home owned by musicians, dancers, and artists, you’ll feel a warm, creative vibe throughout your stay.
For your safety and peace of mind, discreet security cameras are installed only in the garage gym and over the hot tub area—similar to the security you’d find at a hotel or B&B. These cameras are only monitored if there are reported safety concerns or damage. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.
To help us maintain this beautiful space, we kindly ask guests to leave the home tidy (bedsheets excluded) and take out all trash upon departure. Please note, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged if the home is left excessively messy.

Everything we needed was provided. Several pans for cooking, coffee maker, plus Kerig with a variety of pods. Sugar, flour, spices, etc. King beds were very comfortable and quiet. This is an excellent choice when traveling with young children. Lots of toys, background playground, etc. Hot tub was quite large and very clean. Weight room with free weights and machines, and very clean. Established neighborhood with little traffic, numerous shopping squares with shops, restaurants, groceries, fuel, and ATMs nearby. Easy arrival and departure. Plus, yummy fresh made cookies!!!

Very clean home, beds were comfortable. Safety rail provided for safety of steps. One of the bedrooms was warm at night because the vent was under the bed. Overall very welcoming and would stay again.

As described, very communicative
We were very please with this rental. Cody and Marlana were very responsive. The king beds were comfortable; we did not use the queen bed. The hot tub was wonderful! We have no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Amazing Stay for CU Boulder Grad
House is exactly as pictured. Everything brand new. Spotless. Owners went above and beyond in helping plan local restaurants, constant communication, truly an amazing 4 day stay. We hosted a family dinner for 16 and there was so much room inside and out. Highly recommend.

Curling Olympic Trials
We had an excellent stay at the Lafayette VRBO. The home was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was perfect. We had a short episode where the furnace wasn’t heating correctly and after contacting the owner he was there within 30 minutes to fix it and continued to check in with us to make sure it was working. Thank you Cody for a great stay!

Great Place for Families
We really enjoyed the house, it was perfect for Families. The upstairs area was great for dining and socializing. The kids loved the hot tub and back yard play set. The host were excellent; great communicating and answering questions about final details. Highly recommend- Thank You!

The house was just as described. It looked like a designer had decorated the inside. The neighborhood was inviting and quiet. The grocery and drug stores were nearby. Worth the stay!
