Absolutely delightful stay for two couples.

Peaceful in town spot

We enjoyed the Zydeco House for a Thanksgiving stay. A quiet and peaceful little neighborhood tucked within walking distance to the historic downtown. We were greeted upon arrival by Buz who familiarized us with the home and area and his dad’s amazing survival story. We felt right at home. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed for our stay. We slept well in the comfortable beds. We hope to return to Zydeco House to spend more time in this friendly and unique part of Louisiana. Thank you Buz and Angel!

Great Cajun Experience

If you want to have a great time soaking up some authentic Cajun culture, food and experiences, book this lovely home today! We had the best time in Breaux Bridge! Everything and everyone we encountered was a 10/10! Loved the gracious home! Walk to everything! Great donut shop, really good restaurants and fun shopping!

Great place

This is a great house at a perfect location. It is just blocks away from downtown Breaux Bridge so we walked to explore downtown. The house is well stocked and maintained. Our hosts went the extra mile to make sure we were settled and informed about the town. Buz greeted us and helped us get acquainted with the house. Festival International

My friend and I really enjoyed the Zydeco house. It was charming, spotless & well appointed (although we basically just slept there and didn’t have time to bask). Angel was a gracious host and even offered to let us stay a bit to wait out a big storm. We would definitely return next time we are near Breau Bridge or Lafayette and I highly recommend it!.

Breaux Bridge Fun

We booked for the annual Crawfish Festival. Perfect location! The hosts were very nice and the war stories of the Penguin were so interesting. Beds were very comfortable, the house was clean and felt like home. Thank you for sharing with us!

Great stay in Breaux bridge

The hosts thought of everything. Pantry was stocked and many incidentals in the cupboards if needed. The renovation of this house was really well done, there’s a little office and laundry, and a small area adjacent where you can get away from the action. Two bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. Angel was a great host and very accommodating, we immediately felt at home. There’s lots to do in the area, great food and music and cultural events. Highly recommend.

Mom's Bday Getaway

We loved the house! Perfect location to downtown. Within walking distance to donut shop, church, shops, and resturants. Buz and Angel were great hosts and quick to respond to any questions we had. They gave us helplful suggestions on places to eat and things to do in town. The house was beautifully decorated and well stocked for our arrival.

Comfortable cottage right in Breaux Bridge

Very comfortable and spacious cottage within easy walking distance of the restaurants, shops and churches in Breaux Bridge. Fully equipped and feels like home. Also a very central location to get to Lafayette and all of the other towns and sites in Cajun Country. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful.
