Apparently this location has a lot of drug addicts going in and out. That made me very uncomfortable. The location was also very noisy which made it hard for me to sleep.

As Always the entire staff is always professional with smile, and always willing to solve any problems that might occur, the only problem I’ve had is with my door key but when I go to the front desk they always apologize for any inconvenience in which is never a problem. The best staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.

My daughter and I stayed in room 214 on 10-16-26. We had been out shopping all day and didn’t arrive until late, around 9pm. We were just looking forward to climbing into a comfortable bed. My daughter told me her bed was hard as a rock and that my bed had a support beam under it that not standing upright - it was diagonal. We figured out that her mattress was flipped upside down with the springs on the top. We were not able to flip it over ourselves so she slept on it anyways. She woke up the next morning with a sore hip from sleeping on a spring. On another note, the metal toliet paper holder in the bathroom was so rusty that the paper was very hard to turn. I ending up pulling the roll off the holder in the middle of the night and noticed the ends of the toilet paper were covered in rust. Only chose this hotel because of the price. Never again
