“I couldn’t do early check in which I don’t like it says I can’t request early check in until 24 hours before and I couldn’t even request until 12 hours before and I was arriving 4 hours before check in. There was no physical person to speak to on the phone. Otherwise, I loved the rooftop access, I loved the location. if you are okay with the garbage trucks at 8am. The blinds in the living room only go up they don’t go down, so I closed the sliding door the bedroom to make sure the extra light……

“On our arrival, we were greeted by a mountain of trash bags in the lobby. Apparently, the trash chute/compactor wasn't working. The stench was overwhelming and even though the trash was removed by the next morning, the smell lingered for our entire 5 night stay. Fortunately, the smell was confined to the lobby and the hallway areas. The inside of our unit was fine.
