“We had a wonderful stay in this comfy, quiet duplex. Very large living room and comfortable bed. We didn't cook beyond making coffee and toasting bagels, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. We wanted to be out of the chaos of the French Quarter, and this lovely Uptown neighborhood did the trick. Bus stop right across the street to get into town. Bus 11 stops on Canal Street and runs every 30 minutes or so. We had no need for a car. Great shops and restaurants on Magazine Street a half mile……

“The apt was a great stay for our trip! We loved having plenty of beds for our whole group and the ability to use the amenities of a full house. The apartment was clean and comfy. Soaps were provided which was also nice. The only thing I would recommend is restocking the kitchen with tools so it’s easier to cook while in the space. Overall we enjoyed and would stay again!”

“Steve is an exceptional host who communicate clearly and promptly. The home is beautiful and spotless. The convenient location along with having a safe place to park was a plus. “We enjoyed our stay at this house and the owners were nice and accommodating. There was one thing that I think others might want to know and this pertains to the listing accuracy. There really was no usable outdoor space for us. The family has two sweet dogs but they were using the front grass to go to the bathroom. I tried another access code mentioned and it worked. 2) the access code for the apartment didn't work. texted the owner, no response. called VRBO after an hour. Just then another person called and gave us the real code. 3) the TV remote didn't work - dead batteries. “We enjoyed our stay at the Napoleon Ave apartment. James, owner/host, greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. He was very informative and really nice. The apartment is large, comfortable and close to all the attractions we wanted to see. The street is busy but we had off street parking. No problem getting in or out. We will definitely stay again if available. ”
