The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us and our pet feel at home. Unfortunately, the room did not match the quality of the service. It was quite dark, dated, and it needed a deep clean, as we found it quite dirty upon arrival.

The lobby was clean and the decor is nice. But basically this is a solidly average hotel that needs some improvement.
