「Beautiful hotel, inside and out! Great breakfast with several choices of food and beverages. Very roomy lobby, plenty of comfy seating. Fitness and pool areas. I was in room 212 and it was super convenient and comfortable. Accessible shower with seat. Room has microwave and small fridge. Two large TVs, one in seating area and one in front of bed. Temperature worked very well. Very nice hotel staff.」

「It was a little outdated and the bed was not comfortable at all, pillows were many different sizes and not that comfy as well house keeping made the bed but didn’t change the sheets.」

「Gorgeous grounds and mansion. 38 acres of ponds, fountains, and sculptures. Fabulous meals.」

「Everything was amazing I just don’t recommend the first floor to many people going in an out the side doors definitely hard to sleep with the noise but it was clean comfortable and the breakfast option was pretty good too.」

「The room was clean and the front desk person was engaged and tried to help. The problem seems to be with the management. There were several rooms reported in which the televisions were not working. The TV itself worked, but no channels, nothing to watch. I happened to be the first to report it. The manager was called and took absolutely no action, just saying maintenance could not be called in until morning. I felt a more proactive approach should have been taken. 「Just absolutely wonderful from the minute I walked in the front lobby! The rooms were so clean and the entire staff wonderful! The lady at the front desk when I arrive was absolutely top notch!」
