"We have stayed here 3 times in the past month. We always have a great check in experience with Joesph. He’s welcoming, funny, and helpful. I appreciated that he remembered us from a previous trip.
More positives are the location to the airpor,t and the shuttle is actually a Lyft driver which has also been nice and on time. Parking is also free and I felt safe leaving my car on site. Finally, the price per night is excellent.
As for the property itself we have had some issues.
1st time we had to be moved since the air in the room didn’t work. The new room was fine.
2nd time, the room was really humid and smelled a little of mold, but then it cooled down and was fine.
This time, the room was cool, but the coffee machine was not working and when I used the workout room it was so hot. Felt like hot yoga in the treadmill. Also the water cooler was empty. With the heat, water would have been nice. And finally, the pool was closed, which I also would have liked to use after the run. "
