「Amazing property 」

「Historic villa property beautifully restored in an amazing location with amazing view. Lunch and dinners on the covered veranda. Would have been better if bath for second bedroom were not down the hall. The owner was wonderful. At our request arranged for a private chef to come to the villa which was lots of fun, and delicious. She also arranged for restaurant reservation for the evening we arrived. Owner communication was excellent! We loved our stay!!!」

「My biases are that I love older architecture. I would guess that this villa is well over a 100 years old and they have maintained the character while modernizing the kitchen and bathrooms. The views are beautiful. It did have a few minor issues that I would expect with an older villa which in no way affected our stay」

「Marcello communicated very well with us. He was responsive and timely. The unit was clean and well appointed, with welcome wine, prosecco, waters, coffee, and kitchen supplies. The unit is newly updated with a fun design. Air conditioning worked very well, bathrooms are large. Great views of the lake.」

「This apartment has a nice floor plan and was perfect for our visit to Laglio. Only complaint was, upon arrival, the floors needed to be swept.」

「My friends and I loved our stay here. We were here for a wedding at villa Regina Teodolinda so the location was perfect, walkable distance nearby restaurants, a pizzeria and a a bakery. The home was absolutely beautiful - it was as pictured, very spacious and clean with great amenities. The views were amazing, we were sunbathing on the patio taking in views of the lake every morning. The host very was responsive and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this beautiful villa!」
