「Check in was fine and easy instructions. Got into the room and it was boiling hot! The radiator in the bathroom was raging and could not be turned down or off. Further, the door did not close, so had to sleep with an open window, which is just a waste of energy. Everything was in poor condition, so I’m glad I only had one night. 」

「It is in a residential area :10 minutes walk from bus terminal and about 15 minutes to the city center. Ask for a taxi transfer if you have heavy luggage or wheeled luggage. The cottage house is among the most beautiful, we have stayed in, with tasteful collections, overlooking a garden with lupines and a far view of lake argentina. Hosts, living close by, are very responsive, helpful and hospitable. We enjoyed our stay and hope to have spent substantial more time . 」

「The cabin is old and requires some renovation so it doesn’t give good vibes of cleanliness. The communication with the owner was very inconsistent and at any stage no one came to introduce themselves. The price is too high for what you get. Heater in the dining area is good. Close to the main street and supermercado.」

"Pros: They had a shuttle service that went to the town center every hour, which was convenient. The transportation service to the airport arranged by the hotel was good. Hotel restaurant had a good selection of dinner menu. Cons: The service was ok for a five star hotel. The room we got was very basic, and was very close to the hotel restaurant and the restaurant had very loud music playing during dinner time around 8-9PM, the walls are not soundproof at all. We had to call the front desk to ask them to lower the volume. They should have considered this and not have rooms this close to the restaurant. They did not provide bottled water in room, only refillable glass bottles, which would be OK if they had better water filling machines. You have to refill it yourself at the water fountain in the lobby, but the one they had was more for home use which was very small and slow. "
