"This is one of the best hotels that my husband and I have ever stayed in. The staff were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Check-in was easy and they were very helpful in helping us figure out excursions and restaurant recommendations. We stayed in the two bedroom hotel room with ocean views and a balcony. The rooms were nice and big with one large bedroom and one smaller bedroom that overlooked the ocean. The rooms were very clean and were cleaned everyday. We were able to prepare some meals in the hotel room as we had our own stove top and fridge. A nice grocery store was next door. You could buy food, alcohol plus prepared foods. This was a nice bonus. We did use the balcony a lot which was nice to just sit outside. When booking our room the breakfast was included. There was a buffet plus also you could order off a menu. We actually did both. Another great thing about this hotel is the location. It is in the old part of town but you can walk, bike, run on the walkway. Just so close to everything. There is nothing that I can say bad about this hotel. Check-out went smooth and they called for a taxi to come and pick us up. When we come back we will definitely stay at this hotel. Amazing staff"

"Our experience at the hotel was fabulous. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I can say I didn't encounter any staff who weren't great. The room was spotless and a good size. Our balcony overlooked downtown and the harbour beyond. The breakfast included fruit, cheese and bread along with items such as omelettes cooked to order. We also, enjoyed our stop at the bar/restaurant. Overall, a very enjoyable visit to Ponta Delgada. We would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"We loved our stay! We went for our honeymoon. This hotel is in a fantastic location. Very walkable, we did two day tours and did not feel like we missed out with not renting a car. The pool and sauna were lovely, the breakfast was always good! We ate at the bar one night and the food was also great!"
