The Villa Sunset is a charming 3-bedroom house with sea views, located 7 minutes by car from Carvoeiro. With a private pool, near the beach and a golf course, it is ideal for a relaxing vacation in the Algarve.



The property offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, except one double room.



On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living/dining room, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious veranda offers outdoor dining with stunning views of the sea and mountains.



The lower floor houses the 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms, one en-suite, and 1 twin en-suite), with direct access to the pool and garden. The pool can be heated as an optional extra and is surrounded by a wall and hedge for greater privacy. There are sun loungers, umbrellas, a swing bench, and a dining area with a barbecue.



Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, Villa Sunset is 3 km from the center of Carvoeiro, with restaurants and bars nearby. Vale do Milho Golf Course is 4 minutes by car, and Vale de Centeanes Beach is just 5 minutes away.



Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted.



Pool heating is always an added value for your vacation, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A booking, insurance, and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 6 people.

The 7th person will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
