This is a beautiful villa. It is exactly as described, had everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay. We have stayed in other villas in Carvoeiro but this is our favourite by far. The communication with Martin was excellent and the property manager Kerstin was so friendly and helpful. We have already booked for next year and cannot wait to return.

The property is fantastic! It was spacious, clean, air conditioned and had everything we needed for a fantastic holiday.The pool was wonderful and was cleaned regularly without any disturbance. Kirsten was so warm and welcoming. Couldn’t fault the property or the service. We had a brilliant 10 days! Thanks for having us!

Fantastic Stay

We stayed for a week at the Villa. The walk into town was easy and beautiful. The pool was refreshing and the view from the rooftop patio was a fantastic place to watch the sunset with a drink.

LOVELY PLACE

Everything was perfect. House, garden, welcoming , we enjoyed and recommand! It is so peacefull in the charming town of Carvoeiro. We went to the beach by feet in 15mn, supermarket and restaurants at 5 mn. With a car, close to other touristic towns.

Enjoyed our stay at the villa. Martin was very responsive when booking the property and Kerstin the property manager helped with any questions we had. Got the pool heated which is a must for this time of year. The villa is in a quiet area and quite close to the centre of Carvoeiro.

The villa was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The pool was very well kept and the jets to swim against were a big hit with the family. The outdoor BBQ area and terrace were nicely positioned for the evening sun. The villa was well positioned for walking into town, and had a lovely view from the roof.

Fantastic house in a fantastic region

The house with heated pool was super! The house is located in a quiet street with a beautiful view on the ocean on the roof where you can eat. The beds are amazing. The house is near by the ocean, nice hikes, good restaurants, a very good bakery,.. You will not have regrets renting this place Also a big thank to Kerstin for all the help and good communication!

Fantastic Stay!

Fantastic villa in a lovely complex. With a spa supermarket onsite and a great restaurant only 5 mins walk. The Square with a bar and several more restaurants is about 10 mins walk and worth a visit. The town and beach are approx. 15 mins downhill but a steep walk back. Overall an extremely hilly resort. The villa itself is very well equipped and the pool heating worth every penny! The pool area is spacious and very well kept and had plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The roof terrace was a great place to watch the sunset. Kerstin the property manager, could not do enough for us and promptly sorted the couple of minor issues we had. She was also a very welcoming face on arrival. Overall the villa was everything we were hoping for and would highly recommend. Thank you again Martin & Kerstin! :)

We loved everything about our stay here

This villa was ideal for our stay in Carvoeiro, only a 7 minute walk to the local shop and 11 minutes to the closest bars and restaurants in the square. 15 minutes to the main beach and restaurants etc. This meant it was far enough away from all the hustle and bustle that it remained peaceful but still close enough to walk. On arrival we met Kerstin the property manager who was very friendly and showed us around. Martin had left a bottle of water and wine which was a nice gesture. Great pool and outdoor areas with plenty of chairs and loungers. A beautiful view from the roof terrace in particular! We are glad that we decided to pay for the pool heating as it was the perfect temperature for us with this! The house itself was great; spacious, well equipped, comfortable and clean. Beds are very comfy! The only issue we found was the sliding fly screen door at the front which kept coming off but we got used to that eventually. Overall we can’t fault this lovely little villa and it will remain a fantastic memory for us, as my partner proposed on the roof terrace on the very first night ☺️ Thanks again to Martin & Kerstin!

The pool was a highlight (heated!) and the property is very beautiful. The bathroom is gorgeous and there is a secondary toilet off the kitchen which was a bonus! Comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning. Kersten checked us in and out and she was fabulous!! So communicative and lovely. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation for our family.

Our first trip to Carvoeiro

Perfect traditional villa with everything you need. Great location, on a quiet street, only 10 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. A great place to chill out and enjoy the sunshine. It was our first visit to The Algarve and the villa felt like a second home. We look forward to returning.

Fabulous villa could not fault it. And the the area was great with 2 good spars a short walk away and only a 10 min walk into town and the beach. Would definitely recommend the villa and would definitely come back

Too far from the beach and town

Due to the previous 3 weeks being very wet the house was damp and cold. Despite the heating the bedding felt damp. It is a lovely house in a lovely quiet environment but needs some updating.

A little disappointing....

The villa is in a convenient location for the town. The outside of the villa and sunny pool area are recently renovated and very good although very exposed to the road and all passers by. The inside of the villa is ok, although badly in need of renovation - I’m assuming the owners are slowly upgrading it... We were somewhat disappointed with the interior compared to its listing. Internet is not included in the price as advertised and we were charged an extra fee for that which should be made clear. Sorry this review isn’t more positive, once finished Im sure it will be a great place to stay but for now, as it’s in need of work it’s no bargain.

Worth finding

Very nice, well located property in a good neighborhood about 12-15 minute walk to the center of town. Not a luxury home, but very good option for the price, and the pool heater (if chosen) really works! (water temp was 85F when daytime temperatures were in the low 70'sF). Owner's property manager was very nice and thorough. Carvoeiro is a great choice for families and more mature couples - not a wild party town, but lots of great restaurants, walks, beaches, tours. Words of warning** Follow the OWNER'S directions to the villa. Google Maps and the car's Navi systems got us totally screwed up once we got near the neighborhood. Finally followed the owner's written directions and voila! Too bad we lost 45 minutes trying to follow clueless computer directions!

Das Ferienhaus war einfach perfekt! Es liegt in einer total ruhigen Lage und trotzdem kann man die Stadt fußläufig gut erreichen. Alle wichtigen Punkte der Algarve und besonders die wunderschönen Strände sind in 20-40 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Pool ist großartig und auch die Ausstattung des Hauses ist komplett durchdacht. Wir kommen wieder!

Fantastisch huis met heerlijk zwembad

We verbleven 3 weken in het prachtige Carvoeiro. Een leuk gezellig dorpje op 15 minuten loopafstand. Het huis is goed verzorgd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad erbij is heerlijk. Vanuit deze plaats zijn mooie wandeltochten langs de kust te maken. Of met de auto leuke uitstapjes naar andere plaatsen te maken. Al met al een topvakantie gehad.

Ferienhaus mit Pool an der Algarve

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allem, was man braucht, tolle Dachterrasse mit Meerblick, sauber und sehr nette Verwalterin. Der Pool mit Gegenstromanlage, super! Zu Fuß alles gut erreichbar: Geschäfte, Restaurants, Strand, wer möchte kann auch ein Fahrrad nutzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
