Detached villa with sea view, heated pool and air conditioning

Our house is a single unit property in the Caramujeira area, known for its vineyards, beautiful holiday homes and for its location close to many typical Algarve beaches. The house is placed within a beautiful 2800 sqm garden with the typical fauna of the Algarve: orange trees, almond trees, palm trees and lots of flowers and bushes. The house is surrounded by terraces. There is also a 50 sqm swimming pool and a barbecue.

On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, a living room with a fireplace, an extra dining room, separated from the living room by an archway and a fully equipped kitchen.

In the apartment on 1st floor, there is one bedroom, a living room with a fireplace, a bathroom with a shower and a beautiful terrace.

The beach is within 2 km distance: You can reach the typical Algarve beaches with their known rockformations within 10 minutes by car.

The house is located in a calm countryside area close to the sea and within 15 minutes by car to Carvoeiro, with its' picturesque centre and Armação de Pera with the fishermen's "lota" and the market, where the fresh fish is then sold. In both towns you can find very good restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
There are several golf courses near Carvoeiro and Armação de Pera. The beaches in our area are beautifully surrounded by rocks and the local vegetation. The shore is ideal for walks along the sea. You can start these walks also directly from the house. If you wish to change the view, the beach from Armação de Pera to Salgados is also very recommendable.
There are also two marinas nearby: Portimão and Albufeira. Another attraction is the boat trip from Ferragudo to visit the dolfins. Little children certainly like to go to the Aqua Park "Slide and Splash" in Lagoa or to "Zoomarine" in Guia.
For shopping lovers, there are shopping centres in Portimão, Albufeira and a Designer Outlet close to the highway before turning to Faro.

Es war perfekt. Sobald das Eingangstor geöffnet werden konnte fühlte man sich zuhause. Der Pool war einzigartig und dank der leichten Heizung auch für Warmduscher wie mich nutzbar.Der gedeckte Sitzplatz sorgte für gemütliche Abende und kurze Nächte.Schlussendlich hat die Gastgeberin mit ihrer super Kommunikation dazu beigetragen, dass der Aufenthalt sensationell war. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Soweit war alles sauber. Das Haus und Anlage sind wirklich toll. Der Pool wird über eine Poolheizung tagsüber beheizt. Alle 3 Tage wird dieser durch ein Poolteam gereinigt. Im Haus ist alles mit Marmor ausgestattet. Durch die vor Ort befindliche Waschmaschine benötigt man nicht so viele Sachen in seinem Koffer. Durch den Wind vom Atlantik braucht der ein oder andere eine Jacke und eine lange Hose. Die umliegenden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Lidl/ Aldi, Intermarchè befinden sich in 5- 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Zu empfehlen ist auf jeden Fall ein Besuch in Monchique, hier drehen sich die Uhren noch ganz anders. Albufeira ist eher was für Fußballfans, Lagos ist traumhaft und die Fahrt vom Wasser zu den Benagil Höhlen ist mega. Die letzte Bratwurst vor Amerika gibt es am südwestlichsten Punkt Europas, sehr zu empfehlen. Bacalhau, ein traditionelles portugiesisches Rezept, sollte auch jeder einmal probieren. Zurück zum Wasser, der Atlantik ist nichts für Frostbeulen-puuuhh..;-), aber egal. Die Strände der Algarve sind alle etwas für das Auge. An den meisten Stränden gibt es gastronomische Einrichtungen. Das portugiesische Bier ist nicht das Beste, man kann es trinken. Essen gehen, natürlich dort wor die Portugiesen essen gehen, sonst ist einfach nur Touristen Essen mit Pommes. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder.

Wonderful house and location.

I would fully recommend this house to anyone. The house is located in a quiet area, and only 10 min drive from Carvoeiro and also Armacao de Pera and only 2.5Km from the Benagil Caves and the lovely beach of Marinha Beach. The house is super equipped and a fabulously large pool. I would very happily go back. Adrienne was very helpful and very quick to respond to any queries. We really had a great time. Thank you.!.

Wunderschöne Oase der Ruhe.

Villa avec superbe vue sur la mer . Proche des plages magnifiques d Algarve . Très beau jardin . Excellent équipement. Mentions spéciales pour la gentillesse de la femme de ménage et du jardinier. La piscine était à la bonne température idéale pour s y rafraîchir avec les chaleurs d été. La maison est spacieuse et l étage totalement aménagé en 2ème logement avec terrasse. Nous avons eu la visite d oiseaux magnifiques (des inséparables ? ). Nous garderons de superbes souvenirs de notre séjour à la Casa dos Lobos et espérons y revenir très vite.
