Newly Refurbished Villa With Private Pool, Fast Free Wi-Fi & Stunning Sea Views

The villa has stunning views of the sea and village from the balcony and living rooms. The property has been completely refurbished in 2018 to a very high standard and is well equipped. Refurbishment has included a new well equipped kitchen, with brand new Bosch appliances. Both shower rooms have walk-in showers, with excellent water pressure, heated towel rails, stylish modern WC and handbasins and contemporary tiling. The bedrooms benefit from new beds and mattresses. The private pool and charming gardens are very well maintained and we have recently added very comfortable outdoor furniture and There is plenty of parking outside the villa. Just a few minutes walk away Luz beach, with its expanse of sand and safe bathing, provides a wonderful place to relax. Tennis and padel courts are within easy walking distance and there are excellent local golf courses at Boa Vista and Espiche only 10 minutes away, with numerous other very good golf courses within 15-30 minutes. We also have fast free WiFi internet access, TV with all main channels including Sky, BT and access to all film channels. Shops within easy walking distance. The spectacular sea views are an absolute feature of the villa. Accessed from the living room and dining room, the balcony is equipped with new 'rattan' furniture and fitted cushions.

Perfekt ausgestattetes Haus mit wunderschönem Meerblick

Wir hatten mit unseren beiden Töchtern (13&16) einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. In der Wohnung hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Toller Pool und atemberaubender Meerblick von der Terrasse. Restaurants in Luz sowie der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Stunning Villa

Have just returned after a 10 night stay in this beautiful villa. The location and view from the balcony is stunning, a joy to see every morning. The Villa is immaculate with every detail imaginable covered-the booking process, check-in details and all information needed was provided making everything so stress free and easy. The owners Cathy & Peter are a pleasure to deal with and the Villa is a real credit to them! We will return at some time in the future. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Even better than described!

We were delighted with our stay. The villa is even better than described and with beautiful views of the sea. The immediate surroundings are lovely and quiet - perfect for relaxing. The resort centre and beach is 5-10 minutes walk away where there are some great places to eat/drink. The specification of the villa is very high and modern, it was exactly what we were looking for. The hosts Cathy and Peter were responsive and helpful with any queries before/during the stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Wonderful modern villa in a prime position

As a family we have stayed in Luz a number of times renting villas of varying sizes so are very familiar with the area. This villa is in a superb location, raised up in the hills sufficient to have stunning views yet local enough to be able to easily walk to the restaurants and beach. It has been beautifully updated and re-modelled which makes it flow wonderfully. A meal or a drink on the balcony with its panoramic view of the ocean is one that you will never tire of. Everyone involved in the whole process has been superb so we can't recommend this highly enough !

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus am Hang gelegen mit tollem Meerblick. Ort problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen, schöner Strand mit unterschiedlichen Wasseraktivitäten sowie mehreren guten Lokalen. Unseren Kindern gefiel besonders der Pool, in den sie morgens schon hüpfen konnten.

Great Holiday in Luz

We had a great holiday at the house. The house is very nice and near located to the city and restaurants. Everything we needed was there. An umbrella would be good on the first floor for breakfast. But we could handle it without also.

Best rental in Algarve!

The renovations are gorgeous and make this the only villa we will ever rent on trips to the Algarve. This was our second visit and Cathy is always terrific to deal with. The entertainment media is better than any place we’ve ever seen including our home devices. The view from the balcony is fantastic for sunrise pictures (early riser) and so relaxing all day. We love walking down to the beach and cliff trails- great way to burn off the holiday calories! You won’t regret renting this lovely villa.

Immaculate property, stunning view of the coast and only a 10 minute walk into the town.

What a wonderful surprise to open the front door to this lovely villa and be stunned by the wonderful view of the Algarve coast line. The villa was immaculate, well equipped and comfortable. It was east to spend just the day sitting out on the balcony enjoying the views of Luz. The bed was very comfortable (not always the case in Portugal) and because the bedrooms are on the ground floor with shutters, and there is often a cool breeze at night, we didn't need to use the fans. We have stayed in other villas here over the years with our children, but this was by far the easiest walk into town, so you don't need a car. Luz has a variety of wonderful restaurants catering to everyone's taste. You can catch a taxi to Burgeau or Lagos if you feel like you need a change of scenery, or just spend the day by your own private pool. It was so good that we plan to return next year.
