“Upon arriving at the property, I was immediately greatd by staff. Friendly man. I mentioned it was our first first time at this property and out of nowhere he upgraded us to a 3 bed, which was really super nice, and totally unexpected!! (A big thank you to that Gentleman) The extra room was super nice even had an AC, queen bed, and a TV!! In and out burgers is literally next door, a 1 minute walk. I had a very great experience here!! The room was super clean too and the entire building was……

“I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room and footsteps in……

I’ve been pulling my hair out all day, thinking the Internet’s got issues and I admittedly haven’t made his day easy at all and what a gracious caring dude he is! Anybody who’s been in hotels knows what it feels like when somebody’s trying to just brush you off or make you feel like you’re bothering them and this guy could not be sweeter more understanding and just so helpful so happy that you’re even calling to ask him for help! What a relief to……

“The hotel is clean and comfortable with a convenient location, but rooms facing the main road can be noisy. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were very good, and the front desk staff were friendly. However, the housekeeping knocked on my door three times within two hours in the morning, which was a bit disturbing. Unfortunately, there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign available in the room — it would be great if the hotel could provide one.”
