The Kirkland House is 1 Bedroom / 1.5 Bathroom and sits on a 24-acre estate overlooking beautiful Lake Alfred. This house was built in 2019 to provide up to 4 guests with a premier experience in southern hospitality! Come stay with us at Adams Estate for your next wedding or trip to Disney World or LegoLand!

Kirkland House features large rooms with 12ft ceilings and luxury amenities, including a Master bedroom suite with King Bed, Master bath with shower, double vanity and private toilet room, Living and Dining Room with large family table and sleeper sofa, Full kitchen with all new appliances including fridge, oven/stove, toaster, & Keurig, Porch with Outdoor Furniture, Two 55’ TVs with Hulu Live TV, WIFI, and Washer / Dryer. Don't forget to check out our pool with views overlooking Lake Alfred and play a game of shuffleboard!

Love the Kirkland House!

The house is roomy and cozy at the same time. Comfortable sleeping - modern bath and kitchen. We had previously stayed there and returned solely because we loved the house. We had quite a drive to our Grandson's ballgames.....but the house was worth the drive.

Perfect Getaway

Our stay was wonderful. The house fit our needs perfectly! The house was better than the pictures. It was very clean and absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the view and walking around the grounds of the Estate. A must return for the next Sun and Fun adventure.

Beautiful place

We had to find a place to stay quickly, and Zack had this lovely home for us ready the next day. Beautiful scenery and very quiet. Zack was quick to provide what we needed during our stay.

I checked in and the place was not made up yet. I called Zack, the property manager and he promptly got back to me, put me in a different unit across the street. He was very attentive and made my experience easy and comfortable. The place was clean, quiet and pretty. I will stay here again next time I am in the area. Thanks Zack.

My new favorite get away

I can't say enough good things about my experience and stay on Lake Alfred! The property is so special, out of a fairy tale beautiful and so serene! The house was immaculate and incredibly well appointed. The property manager was very communicative and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Loved the weekend so much that I've booked it again already!!

My favorite new getaway!!

This was my second weekend in a row on the property and I fell in love with it even more! The grounds are beautiful and the accommodations immaculate (and quite lovely!). The front porch rocking chairs offer a perfect place to watch the sun set over the lake, a magical way to end the day!!

Clean, New & Elegant!

Feels like a Resort Villa... The home is brand new but the property itself is an amazing 1940s Southern Colonial Estate with lake and garden views everywhere. Renters should be aware that Adams Estate is finishing up two nearby cottages on the same street... but we experienced no disturbances. Can’t wait for our next visit; convenient to Lake Myrtle Sports Park & LEGOland. Disney only 30 minutes away.
