"The room was clean and recently painted, although the bathroom and kitchen area could use an update. The front desk staff did not seem to like that I booked through Expedia, and I felt punished for that by being put in a room a quarter mile down the road. No help to get me to the room with my luggage was offered or available. I was there for a wedding that went quite well. The food was fantastic and the location and amenities for it were perfect."

"This house and host are wonderful. Stayed with our family of four and more than enough room for everyone to have their own space. Kris (host) was easy to communicate with. There are pictures of a lake in the property description but I didn't realize how great it would be. We stayed in July and were surprised how close it was, short walk, and how nice it would be. House even has paddle boards and floats so it can be even more enjoyable. The house is also an easy drive to a grocery store and restaurants. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed it!"

"This cabin is perfect for a couple or small family. The host communicated with me several times prior to my stay and instructions were very clear and concise. The cabin was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. There’s a nice deck and patio set which we enjoyed in the afternoon.It’s also conveniently close to Arnold, Big Trees and the lakes. I’m pleased to have found this gem of a cabin."

"What a serene riverfront property! The location is perfect for fishing, hiking, taking a short walk to Strawberry for a drink, or simply relaxing on the deck with a good book. We have a big family, including two dogs, and everyone had an amazing stay. Thank you, Jim and family, for your wonderful hospitality. We can’t wait to come back!"
