“Looks like the owners are doing a lot of work on the property however, cleanliness is doable but not done. Our room was supposed to have 2 beds in it but the first room we got looked like someone was still in it. Unmade bed, clothes on chair and a huge fan in the middle of the room. Second room, single bed and ac wasn’t producing and it stunk. I had to show the clerk that I paid for a room with 2 beds and he finally said they didn’t have one available. The 3rd room looked ok, ac cranking,……

“This place was absolutely disgusting, we walked in and there were roaches on the bed, room was dirty, sheets looked unwashed. Needless to say we got our money refunded and left.”

“As soon as we walked it several roaches crawled across our floor. Went to front desk and nobody answered. The furniture was also broken and damaged. And the shower was horrible. Hotel looks nothing like the photos. WILL NOT BE BOOKING AGAIN!!”

“Will never stay again...after being told my room was not available upon check in, even though paid through expedia.com weeks before. Then them finding a room for me. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. What type of business are you running? Shower door didn't close properly so water leaked out on to tile floor.”

“This is an old boarding house with great history. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. A code is given to get into the front door and for your assigned room. We did have problems getting into our room but once i figured out who to call, she took care of it quick. Very close to Back Woods . ”
