Awesome host and property! Highly recommend.
Albert saved the day! We had booked a different VRBO and the host of the OTHER property never sent us check-in information, leaving us completely stranded. Albert was very responsive and helped us check-in to his property that same day. There were only 4 of us, so we didn't even come close to using the entire house -- it is huge! The property has everything you could possibly need for a large family gathering. The location was awesome and so relaxing. We took several walks down to the lake and watched the sunset -- so very peaceful! Highly recommend this property and the host!

Fabulous gathering spot for multi families
THE BEST VRBO we’ve ever stayed at! Perfect room confirmations for multi families. Plenty to do for both adults and kids. Best host quick to respond with any issues we may have encountered with speedy resolution. Game room and nightly movies were a hit with the kids. Remote workers had plenty of wi-fi speed to complete their work prior to holiday fun. An overall fantastic experience for our family.

Great Family Getaway
Great house for our extended family of 12! We loved being a short walk to the lake. The grandkids and adults both enjoyed the foam water pad, kayaks, and paddle boards in the cove. The kitchen was well stocked, and it was nice having an extra refrigerator in the garage area. I would stay here again!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway
We absolutely loved our stay at this amazing house! It was so well-designed for multiple families, and we couldn't believe how thoughtful and helpful the hosts were. They had literally thought of everything to make our stay unforgettable. The kids had a blast with all the fun activities available, and we all enjoyed taking a short walk to the serene lake. We even got to hear some lovely bird calls and unwind in the peaceful backyard. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back next time we're in the area. Great stay at a great house
The house is huge and easily accommodated our 12 person bachelor weekend. It provided a great place to get away and just spend time together while also being close to grocery stores and restaurants when needed. Plenty of sleeping space with large kitchen, dining, and sitting areas. Albert was very responsive and was easy to work with. For a group this size, I highly recommend this home!

Awesome getaway property for families
We loved our stay, and it was exactly what we were looking for - close to our home in N Texas, lots of fun stuff for teens to do, in a relaxing rural setting. House is incredibly equipped with almost everything you might need. Hosts are great communicators and very responsive. Teen girls enjoyed hot tub, whole family enjoyed movie room, all sat around fire pit where we also grilled hot dogs and s’mores, skipped rocks on the lake….. very enjoyable time! Would definitely consider returning.

This house has it all!
We were pleasantly surprised when we found this listing with so many amenities for adults and children, and it did not disappoint! They really have thought of everything and provide more than enough amenities and basic necessities for you to enjoy your stay. The movie/playroom was perfect for us to relax while the kids played. The backyard was amazing, and the walk to the lake was enjoyable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were more than accommodating and comfortable. And the hosts were excellent with quick and efficient responses. This may have been one of the best VRBOs we've stayed in! We will definitely be coming back!

Excellent experience, great house!
I would highly recommend anyone staying at this house. All of the beds are very comfortable, and the house is very spacious. This house is perfect if you have a family as well, there’s so much to do. I have stayed at many VRBO locations, and I have never stayed at a house that was so well put together and organized. The lake is very close to the backyard, and the water toys were amazing.

Family Memorial
In Texas for a memorial. The house was perfect for several families to be together. I think the house outdid the pictures. Everything was great. Well stocked with everything we needed. Clean. Gracious hosts. No problems with any part of the house. We did not use any lake toys so can’t comment there. Only tip I have for future stays is maybe bring a couple of extra dish and hand towels. We had a full house and could’ve used a few more. There were enough but extras would’ve helped.

Beautiful house and perfect location
Great property and awesome communication from the owners! Everything was in perfect condition and my family loved the home. We were in town for my son’s wedding at the Olana so the location was only 10 minutes away. I would recommend this home highly.

Family Reunion
This was the perfect property for our families to get together. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, as well as multiple fantastic spaces to come together. Even though it was late November, we spent plenty of time outside and loved the fire pit and lake. The theater room and the game rooms were other big hits. Communication with the hosts was exceptional, with very rapid help with any questions or issues. We were also impressed with the quality and organization of all the extras and accessories (indoor and outdoor games, AV systems etc) - the owners have gone the extra mile to make everything high quality and easy to find/use. We had a blast!

Best experience ever!
We travel pretty often and have been to many VRBO properties, but this one truly blew us away!! Everything was so clean, organized, prepared, and well thought out. We had an adorable s’mores kit waiting for us upon arrival. I cannot say enough how grateful I was for all that was available for small children. My 5 year old screamed with excitement when she saw the playroom & toys. I was also super grateful for the high chair, pack n play, bibs, sound machines, and even a baby monitor to use!! This made nap times so easy. The whole group really enjoyed the use of the kayaks and Lake toys. There was so much to do! This house has it all and every detail of your stay has been thought out to make it as enjoyable as possible. If we are back in the area, we will for sure be staying here again!

Absolutely as advertised, beautifully equipped and maintained
This is a comfortable house close to Dallas and D/FW, with access to the lake. We were a group of 7 adults on a mini-family reunion and had plenty of space to spread out, both inside and out. The house is very well-equipped for children, which we did not have in our group, but we could see it would be wonderful for them.

Great property for all ages of children, or grandchildren.
You cannot go wrong in renting this property if you’ve got children, or grandchildren. For babies they’ve got PnP’s, high chair, baby bath, and sit-up seats with trays, baby gate, baby monitors. My children travel with lots of baby items, but were able to leave the bigger items at home. We brought a folding play mat for the babies in the living room. (viewable from the kitchen) Toddlers have their own playroom, and tv. Our 2.5 year old grandson practically lived in the playroom. Our 5.5 year old granddaughter enjoyed the playroom some, but especially enjoyed the movie room. They enjoyed the teeter totter in the front. They would have enjoyed the playhouse as well, but I wasn’t made aware of the spiderwebs that made them afraid to play in it until the day before we left. Teenagers would enjoy the movie room, the game room, or the many yard games, and water toys for the lake in the shed. The lake access is a shared space, but we were the only ones using it when we went down to the lake. The house has beach towels, and a washer and dryer if you need to clean them for the next day. Five bedrooms all spread out gave every individual family their space. Three and ½ baths with multiple sinks were sufficient for people to get ready. Plenty of hot water since the property has two water heaters. The walk-in pantry kept the groceries for the week stored out of sight, but easy access. Two refrigerators allowed for food in one refrigerator, and cold drinks in the other. The kitchen was well equipped. Be careful using the thinner oven mitt it does not protect from hot pans. I will advise the owner of this issue. Once I located the grill mitts I used those for the kitchen, and the kitchen mitts for the outside grill. The fire pit for smores is nice. We didn’t spend much time doing that since the heat was still high at 8-9pm in the evening. If you enjoy a hot tub at night to relax before bed, they have that too. This house is also great if all you have are adult couples traveling together. The owner is very responsive. If you have any questions, or issue, don’t hesitate to contact. There is so much more I could share about this wonderful property, but it’s Monday and my real life has begun.

Wonderful getaway!!!
We had a fantastic time at this property!! Albert and Joy were great hosts and the house was perfect for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids under 7). Only pitfall was the lake was flooded from all the rain so we were not able to access the water at the house, but of course that’s no fault of the homeowners. I just can’t say if the swimming area near the home is good or not, I imagine it’s great. The house was very clean and fully stocked for all renters needs. Also there were a lot of bed options which was so great for us and the kids. We definitely hope to visit again in the future!

Great family getaway!
I booked this property for a weekend getaway with extended family. We had 12 people on the property and the size was perfect! I would highly recommend this home, especially if you have children. The media and play rooms were huge hits with the kids (ages 5-13). Although we didn't need it, they had everything you'd need for smaller children as well (PNP, high chair, etc). The home was very clean. We all enjoyed hanging out in the back and around the firepit. The owners have all the lake toys you could need and we took advantage of them. The private lake access is great! It's not really a swimming area right now but the kayaks were perfect. There was an issue with some of the lights in the back not working, but Albert came right over with a latern for us. I have no doubt that if the previous occupants had told him about the lights, they would have been fixed prior to our arrival. He was extremely responsive and a wonderful host. We loved the home and are already looking forward to booking it again!

Great Property
Family had a great time!!! There was something for everyone. Playroom upstairs and gameroom downstairs were a real hit with our youngest son, the youth kayak was a winner for the oldest. We loved every minute of are stay and the kids are already begging to go back!

Above and beyond....the owners literally thought of everything...aside from the home being amazing...I appreciated the extras from soap to first aid kit to smores waiting for us on arrival. I wouldn't stay anywhere else at the lake.

Great property !
Beautiful property with so much fun for the children as seen in the pictures. Playhouse & seesaw were a big hit. Extremely clean and well designed layout. Great home movie theater too. Being able to have a quick walk right out the back door to the lake was delightful. Fun with the firepit where the owners had even provided the ingredients to do your own Smores! One of the best properties we've ever rented and plan to come back!

This house is one of the rare finds that is even better than the pictures! From booking to check out Albert and Joy are first class hosts with an attention to detail. They answer quickly if you have questions and clearly take a lot of pride in making the house clean, warm, friendly, and a lot of fun!! The house is exceptional for family entertaining with activities for kids and the whole family as well.
