"Clean room, good staff. Although it has been refreshed with paint and linen, the carpets are old, stained and would need replacing. The pool is nice but it should say somewhere that there’s no inside connection. "

"Walls were part thin and we could hear everything in the neighbouring rooms. Also the building itself made some crazy noises (plumbing??) that woke us all up through the night. "

"Amenities were scored low because of the renovations. However, they also had sister hotels guests could access if they really wanted to soak in a hot tub or hit a close restaurant. We have been staying in the newer side of the hotel since it opened. While there were a few room hiccups when it opened, those were all sorted out. What struck me on this trip was that even though the rooms have been open for quite a few years now, they are still really well maintained. Nothing is broken and they maintain rooms to the same level as pre-Covid. So many hotels we stay at have cut corners like cheaper shampoos or making up rooms on a daily basis. The perks that make you feel like you are on vacation. Forest Park hasn’t made these same concessions. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Jasper."

"We were anxious to explore the beauty of Jasper after the devastating 2024 fires.Some of the resort amenities were still being repaired but the staff more than made up with that with their devotion to customer service.Thanks as well for the upgrade! "Staff really good. Hotel is so hot. I was on third floor. It’s so hot with old heating system. Open windows all night. Waste of energy. But I stay there lots. Old relic of hotel but been there hundreds of times. Need to get indoor hottub running. Outside one always packed. "

"Room was super clean. A bit warm but easily taken care of. It’s not a super fancy place but for the price it was a great place to stay and enjoy a few days of skiing. Will 100% return. "
