"two significant problems: 1) our smoke detector beeped all night. clearly the staff knew about it because it was wrapped in a towel and plastic bag. probably illegal 2) the shuttle is poorly marked. it's shared with several other hotels, and Comfort is not one of the logos anywhere on it. so we missed it and ended up waiting over an hour otherwise it was fine. the staff seemed good"

"Staff was very personable and helpful! Our room felt very clean and beds were comfortable. The elevator was under repair, and the maintenance/condition of rooms could be better. Walls repaired and painted over don’t blend, just needs a lot of detail work. We would stay there again. "

"I booked this hotel after my flight was diverted from Chicago to Detroit due to weather. Airport shuttle pick up was fast. The lady at the front desk was professional and nice despite getting an influx of reservations and check-ins last minute. I was very grateful this hotel had coin operated laundry facilities. Breakfast was basic but filling. Hotel room and lobby where clean."

"This place was a mess. Got a jacuzzi suit and the water wouldn’t get hot enough to even fill it half way. The showers don’t get hot at all. The pool that is advertised as heated very much is not and the hot tub was out of order due to too many children on site. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls the light fixtures in the bathroom was all cracked and broken. The hallway floors were all stained and disgusting. This is smoke free facility but that don’t stop this place from wreaking of marijuana. When the staff was addressed about this problem we were handed a cheap can of air freshener and told to have a good night. After all this and two rooms that did require an unmentioned $100 deposit for each room I received $25 in stay credits. Are you kidding me. I spent over $400 to stay one night is this crap hole. I have never felt so disgusted and violated in my life. Save yourself a tone of problems and look for something else. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. "
