Ladies Trip

We booked the house for a ladies trip in February. Proximity/walkability was fantastic. Close to shops, restaurants, the Lake! The house was big enough that we could all fit without it feeling cramped.

Wonderful time!

We had and incredible time and loved the house. Could not have been more perfect for our holiday weekend with friends. The kids loved it. Close to the beach and downtown. Highly recommend!

Nice for large group!

Great Location, Great House!!

The house is just a short walk to restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the beach makes it a great location for any size party. Tony was great in being available for questions and help when we needed it. The house was clean and well kept. Plenty of beds for everyone to sleep in. We will definitely be back!! Awesome location and house!!

Sisters/nieces weekend

Place was perfect for our group of 8 (originally planned for 11). We all fit around the large kitchen table or on large sectional. Everything was clean and as we had hoped. Walking distance to shopping and dining. Samantha was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend/stay again.

House was clean. Good location. We were all guys so certain things we may overlook 1st floor bathroom has a gap in door. 2nd floor bathroom needs the shower rod replaces as its all rusty. Place had enough dishes and utensils. No dishwasher. Would be convenient if there were soaps in the wash basins and showers. Overall , Comfortable place , good location. We had a good time.

Look No Further than this House!

As an avid Lake Geneva visitor, this house is absolutely the perfect location. It's a simple walk (3 blocks) to the water and restaurants and it gives you enough privacy that you don't feel like you are dealing with all of the big crowds on Main street and Wrigley Drive. The outside backyard was great, plenty of seating and we used the grill every night. Fantastic owner!!! Forget about staying at the hotels in LG they are worn down and not worth it.

Girls Weekend!

We chose this house in Lake Geneva for our annual girls weekend and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The house was very clean and had plenty of space. The decor was awesome! It was perfect for hanging out and walking distance to downtown. Our host Tony was great! He responded to any questions promptly. He let us check in earlier to get our weekend started and let us check out later to enjoy a lazy last morning. We would definitely come back and highly recommend!

Mold

The showers were disgusting. Mold all over. Floor was uneven in the house. Lots of couch and table space for big groups. But showers made us not even want to shower.

Birthday trip

My family and I (9 total and over 65 yrs) were celebrating a big birthday and decided to rent this home, in Lake Geneva. This is an older home located easily within walking distance of downtown Lake Geneva. (Quick suggestion: If you're able to walk keep you vehicle parked at the house, since you have to pay to park in the entire downtown area.) So the home was very clean with plenty of room for big families. If you have mobility issues, please be aware there are 4 upstairs bedrooms and the stairs are very steep and narrow. Also, the upstairs shower is in a tub and can be slippery. Despite having grab bars. We did have a couple of small issues which Sam took care of quickly and were remedied to our satisfaction. Thanks for being such gracious hosts!!

Perfect for large parties

We came to Lake Geneva for my sister’s bachelorette party with 8 girls and had so much space! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook, and it was such a cute home. There was even a second apartment that we didn’t use, but could be perfect if someone needs a little more personal space! Thank you so much!

Moms Getaway

Group of 10 busy moms’ getaway. Enjoyed the shared spaces. Easy walk to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and lake. Loved this location. Was perfect for our group for late night talks and morning coffee. One suggestion - room darkening shades? The bright lights of the bank next door and other street lights definitely disturbed the resting time for a bunch of us sleep-deprived women. Other than that, an overall lovely place, great communication and the space fulfilled all our needs!

We needed room for our family to stay because we had a funeral for my husband. They were great helping us get in early and leave a little later. Would recommend this house. It was just what we needed.

Lake Geneva Home Rental

The house was great for my family consisting of myself three daughters, their spouses and five grandkids. Their were a couple of minor but I contacted the owner and he resolved very quickly. I highly recommend this house for families.

Perfect Girls Weekend

My friends and I stayed at this for a bachelorette party weekend. There were 8 of us and we all slept comfortably and had plenty of space. Samantha was so wonderful to work with. She texted and emailed me prior of the trip with all of the information. She was also so quick to respond when I texted her while we were staying there. The house was perfectly clean and organized, and contained all of the amenities listed. Check- in and check-out was very easy because the owners left a detailed checklist and directions for use. The location of this house is just a few minute walk into downtown, you can literally walk everywhere! This house would be our first choice when we return to Lake Geneva!

Friends Getaway

The location of the house was perfect for walking to the shops and restaurants. Samantha was very quick to respond when we had questions. The only negatives were the beds/pillows were not very comfortable and the street light/Chase bank sign were so bright that the bedrooms were lit up at night. Room darkening curtains would be very helpful. I do recommend staying here.

My daughters bachelorette party!

This rental was amazing! The home was beautiful, in the perfect location, large and it was able to accommodate a group of 15 women for my daughters bachelorette party. The owner was super kind and very easy to work with! Everyone that stayed for the weekend was impressed and loved the home! We are looking forward to renting again! Thank you Tony for taking such great care of this sweet home and I look forward to renting from you again in the summer months next time ;)
