Amazing Property

This property is awesome. So close to the lake and has amazing views. Super clean and well appointed it had everything we needed. Check in was painless and fast. Great communication with the host. We will be staying here again.

2024 Fishing trip

Great place and location. 25 minutes to Spinney and less than 5 minutes from 11-mile. Clean and comfortable, perfect place to catch up with friends.

Very nice home.

Nice home, very comfortable. Great location. Internet/ wi-fi is truly limited (as described).. no big deal. Use your phone for internet work, but this was to be expected due to remote location. Very clean and comfortable. thanks to all!

Aspin Grove Mt. Cabin

Overall, the cabin was very nice. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. The property manager was very nice and was very quick to deal with two small issues we had. Two items that we did not bring to the property managers attention due to our busy schedule was the grill is very rusted and the oven on our last day did not heat correctly. We worked around these issues but wanted the manager to be aware of them.

Just what we needed!

Our stay and the cabin were perfect. It was spotless, SO well stocked and huge! So many windows made the place light and it was great having the deck for morning coffee. We were so pleased with the number of games in the basement - we had a 7-year old with us - so it was perfect. Snuggled in for movie nights after dark - it was just so fun. We spent time at Eleven-Mile state park and Spinney reservoir, the Florissant Fossil Beds, the Wolf Sanctuary, Cripple Creek and Mueller State Park. We wish we would have had another day or two! Thanks for sharing your beautiful property with us - we hope to visit again and keep exploring this beautiful part of Colorado!

Great property, terrible "Host"

The "host" collected a fee greater than a nights rent. Unfortunately they were no where near the property (in fact, they told me they were in Denver and couldn't help us). We called on Tuesday, prior to our arrival on Friday to confirm the availability of the gas grill. We were told they always had two propane tanks at the site. Both were empty. They told me to take one from another site they managed. It was empty as well. Finally told me we would have to drive the 15 miles to have it filled. Wouldn't have been a major issue but since based on their insight we planned meals around the use of the grill. Very disappointing, and added additional expense, reduced our time on the lake, and created a very sour taste about what is a very nice property. Was told I would be reimbursed and compensated but so far no word. Would change the Host moving forward

Our July 2022 Colorado Vacation

Great house, very updated but homey, a little drive to most attractions but amazing views both on those drives and back at the “cabin “. We cooked in a well stocked kitchen - spices, variety of pots/pans. Should have rented a four wheeler but the van managed.

Perfect location

This cabin is perfectly situated between Lake George and Eleven Mile reservoir. It had was prefect for our family gathering. We had so much fun we decided to make it an annual event!

Clean, comfortable cabin

Great getaway spot with lovely views, well equipped kitchen, nicely decorated home with cozy gas fireplaces. We celebrated an early Thanksgiving there. It was picture perfect!

Very nice stay as we fished various lakes. Neither coffee maker was functional, but we made do. Better explanation and/or instructions on what’s possible with Smart TV system would be nice. Otherwise, a very nice place and an enjoyable stay.
