“Convenient, clean”

“When we first arrived, we noticed it was an older hotel. Front desk was kind, efficient and professional. Then came the room. Oh boy, old white dirty walls broken air conditioner vents, rusted and chipped front of the refrigerator, 1 of the beds looked like someone else had already been sitting on it. Called and asked for a clean room. Office staff was accommodating. Moved me to a second room. Second room had red spots (splatter) on the wall next to the sink which would have been right next……

“Room was cleaned and very well kept up-to-date. Place was quiet and they had amazing parking all specifically outlined for the event and took extra care of the motorcycle motorcycles due to it being a motorcycle weekend.”

“I paid with my Apple Card, but the Home2 Suites by Hilton Wildwood the Villages staff said they didn't receive the payment and asked me to make a second payment, which I declined，My credit card was still charged!”

“Arrived late and had no problem getting checked in. We had a clogged bathroom sink , it was fixed in no time and never encountered another problem with our suite. Great amenities (complimentary breakfast) look forward to coming back in the future”

“The property is new and well maintained and the staff was very friendly. The bedroom was small with insufficient room for suitcases and there was only one suitcase rack. The bath was very large with much wasted space. IF the bath had a better layout the bedroom could easily have been larger and more comfortable. There was not a coffee maker or ice bucket which did not bother us, but it bothered our traveling companions in their room.”

“The hallway in the fourth floor where we stayed it smelled like dirty dog very badly.”

“The room was very damp. It smelled of mildew and you could feel the humidity. Best part of the stay was the breakfast”

“ROOM WAS CLEAN BUT NEEDS MAINTENANCE ATTENTION. STAFF WAS POLITE BUT IN NEED OF SUPERVISION REGARDING JOB DUTIES. BREAKFAST AREA NEED UPGRADING & ON-DUTY STAFFING. PARKING WAS TIGHT BUT NO PROBLEM EXPERIENCED.”

“Dirty towels were left in our room from the previous occupants. Beds were VERY comfortable and great hot water. Loved the air conditioning with the continuous fan option! No one came to empty our garbage the 4 days we were there, fill our soap dispenser, or bring fresh towels. Breakfast the first 2 mornings was great! The last 2 mornings, there was no more cream cheese or yogurt, and no fresh fruit the last morning. Parking was great and the staff very friendly.”

“It's needs to be updated the door is missing the room number did fine like three cockroach the bathroom seriously needs to be updated it was clean ,though for two days with my family and the price it was doable the staff is very nice respectful and polite and helpful”

“If you are looking for just a bed and shower this is your place. My husband and I live an hour away but we were in town for the Megan Woods concert and we didn't want to drive home afterwards. Unknowingly the hotel was a mile away from the school so that was a perk! I didn't want to pay out a lot of money for a fancy hotel when I have a beautiful house so we weren't looking for amenities. The shower didn't look like it was cleaned before I used it and when I walked across the carpet in my bare……
