「We stayed there for one night. It was a beautiful lake view and we stayed in a room with a balcony. The actual room was not the cleanest. The lamp shades had mold on them and the actual lamps were rusted. The walls had stains and looked like it was repainted in areas but definitely didn’t match. The baseboard in the room was beyond dirty. For one night it was fine but not sure if I would have stayed another night if we were planning on it.」

「Tucked back in the Arkansas rolling hills… is an awesome little B&B. Had never been to a B&B before but thought we’d break our trip up and it was well worth it. Tiffany and Bob have a beautiful place, quiet, calm, peaceful place to step away from the high pace of life. If you are traveling to Hot Springs you should highly consider taking a step outside of town… I know I’ll well be back!」

「There is no management. Here you receive a code to get inside of the gate. It is in a good location in this city. The room was very nice. It's under renovations. The breakfast is some muffins and coffee and stuff in the room. They tried to make it nice on a busy street, but very clean room did not see any amenities here.Other than the inside of the room, it is a very short ride to downtown hot springs」

「Breakfast options were minimal. If staying on the second floor, be prepared to walk stairs. Room was clean overall. Beds were decent.」

「Great deal on a clean and quiet room for a tired road tripper. Everything worked in the room. The shower was hot, room seemed really clean, bed was comfortable, and the hotel offers a basic complimentary breakfast to help get you on your way. Would stay here again!」

「We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was close enough to explore Hot Springs National Park, but offered the quiet & comfort we prefer after a day in the park. Our host was welcoming & helpful. The chocolate chip cookies left for us were yummy too! Thank you」
