To enhance your stay, we provide one 20 lbs propane gas tank for the Fire Pit at no extra cost. Additionally, the outdoor gas grill is available for your barbecuing pleasure throughout your stay, without the need for an additional gas tank.

Our driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. If you plan to bring additional cars, please let us know, as there's an overflow parking lot that's just a short walk (5 minutes away). Please note that street parking and parking in the yard are not permitted.

With that in mind, you're welcome to bring up to 2 dogs with you during your stay, provided that they are well-behaved, do not cause any damage such as chewing or scratching, and each weighs 60 lbs or less. For your convenience, we provide a range of amenities specifically tailored for your four-legged companions, from a dog crate, plush blanket, towels, toys, dog bed, leash, bowls for food and water, and even poop bags. We've tried to think of everything to ensure your pet feels right at home.

We have actively recording cameras overlooking the perimeter of the house which record video and audio. Absolutely NONE of the cameras are located on the interior of the house. There is also a smart home device ('Minut") on the ceiling in the dining room which actively records noise decibel level. It does NOT record audio or video.
