The property itself was fine. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms and showers were clean. The kitchen was small but fine. I was, however, really upset with the blatantly misleading description. The listing included this: "Being a lake front property, you'll have access to the lake right from your doorstep, and enjoy endless water activities such as swimming, kayaking, and boating." That is 100% false. We tried to get onto the lake and were told we do not have the right to access the lake at all, for any purpose, because this property is not a member of the Boulder Lake Club. This property owner duped us into renting the property under false pretenses. They know you will not be able to rent a boat, swim in the lake, or do any fishing. If you want to *look* at a lake, this property will be fine for you. If you want to actually do anything in/on the lake, DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY.
