"Location is good. However, despite being new, the property is only in average condition. It has some odd quirks, including a heat pump only in the main living area and no locks on the bathroom doors. It has a washing machine but no dryer."

"We left a personal item in the room after check out. The staff was very helpful and keep it for us. It’s very very professional and made me feel safe when I stay here. I will come back next time in Queenstown. 5 stars"
