“Staff were all helpful, friendly and always welcoming and approachable. Nothing too much trouble and they made the effort to get to know you. The childrens entertainment team were excellent, they put enthusiasm into everything they did, despite doing it everyday they always put the same amount of energy and effort in as if it was the first time. “Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die große Gastfreundlichkeit der Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war super angenehm und unkompliziert.
Die Lage ist ruhig, aber trotzdem gut angebunden. Als Extra standen allen Gästen ein Wasserspender sowie Fahrräder zur Verfügung – wirklich ein toller Service.

“The hotel was in a pedestrian zone but you are allowed to park outside the hotel to unload and load bags on departure. We paid for parking in an offsite garage which was a little walk away but doable. Staff are very friendly and helpful once you arrive. I had trouble communicating before arriving.
