-    Rumbling Bald amenities are included for up to 12 guests and are a short 5-minute drive.  Rented golf carts are not available for this property.
-    This property has magnificent views of the Apple Valley golf course and mountain backdrop.  It does not have a lake view. 
-    Guests will have access to plentiful parking including the one-car attached garage.
-    Split 8 + 8 stairs between each floor - totaling 32 stairs from lower to top floor.
-    3 steps lead from the driveway to the front door.
