Everything about The Bentley was absolutely perfect! This was our family’s first vacation and it did not disappoint. We have three children 5 and under and we had absolutely everything we could ever need and more. The game room, puzzles, and board games in combination with all of the yard toys, hot tub, fire pit and space to spread out was a complete joy! Our views of the lake and mountains were beautiful! Even though Lake Lure is currently closed due to the destruction of hurricane Helene, we did not feel we missed out on anything during our vacation. The local spots right around Lake Lure and the surrounding areas were fantastic. If you’ve been dreaming about the perfect vacation, you must rent at The Bentley! Thank you to the owners of this home and the team at Vacasa for making our stay so special!

Amazing Home

Fabulous Cabin!

This place is awesome! Plenty of room for everyone and so many amenities! Beds were comfortable. View was outstanding, best in the area, when looking out you saw the lake and mountains. So many things to do: game room with pool table, dart board, foosball table, pac man & galaxy games, TV with four reclining chairs & big screen TV and many board games. Fire pit outside was great! Pictures were accurate. Property manager was very helpful and responded to our needs promptly.

Perfect for a Family Reunion!

Our family of eight adults loved staying at the Bentley. It’s a well-equipped house with plenty of games to suit everyone. The hot tub was a big hit, and we loved cooking together in the big open kitchen. We recommend the Bentley very highly.

Beautiful home with a view.

The Bentley at Lake Lure is ideal. It's an amazing house, and we enjoyed the view and the quiet. Sitting on the deck was my favorite thing to do. Lake Lure is down the mountainside at the bottom of the hollow, and the view is so nice and peaceful. We're planning to return.

Beautiful Bentley

We loved the the beauty of the area, the quality of the cabin, and the views of the lake and mountains. The fact that the Bentley is at the end of the road in the subdivision was nice. It had a very secluded feeling yet was close to things in Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. It was a great place to entertain friends who came to join us for a few days.

Wonderful Home ‼️

Beautiful home with beautiful view ‼️ This home had everything we needed and then some. It is a short distance to all the attractions in the area. We enjoyed being at the house, enjoying the view and chilling. I highly recommend this home with kids because the downstairs has everything kids and adults will enjoy.

Great vacation house

Liked the house, good amenities, and comfortable beds. Game room was enjoyed by all as well as the hot tub. The interior of the house, especially the kitchen was well laid out and suited all. Would highly recommend. Internet was good as well as TV reception (not HD).

Everything about the house was great…the view, cleanliness, layout, entertainment for the kids downstairs. Only downside was poor insulation between floors, which could be disruptive between rooms when people talked or moved around.

Clean, beautiful location…just a few details to share

We were in town for my son’s wedding and needed a retreat for afterwards. It’s a beautiful home that checked a lot of our boxes. It’s incredibly clean, BIG CHECK. It had a well appointed kitchen for our day after breakfast. The exterior landscaping is gorgeous. And it had space for all of us to spread out. What was a little disappointing was the walls are super thin. All wood interior and no sound barrier at all. No rugs or fabric to absorb sound. You could literally hear someone using the facilities in the bathroom above your room..every conversation almost echoed. A family with small children would need to know this before renting. Also, the lights would randomly turn on/off. 3am in my daughter’s room, the light just turned on, then off again a few times.

Beautiful Home and Views

Beautiful house. Nicely finished and super clean. Fun for all ages with basement activities. Partial view of the lake and no direct access to the lake from the house, but you can drive down to the boat dock area in 5 minutes and we were able to swim from there. Grocery store, restaurants and hikes all close by. Deck, fire pit, and hot tub were all lovely too. Great house that just needs to update some of their outdoor seating.

Friends weekend

We had a group of 10.5 stay for the weekend in the magical area that is lake lure/chimney rock. The house had everything we wanted and needed and was easy to get to and from. Great communication as well. 7 days later Hurricane Helena came. Our whole group will be cherishing the memories of our trip even more after the detestation Of that storm to this area. We are hopeful that everyone in the area has gotten to safety and that this beautiful house is still standing. Rest assured if it is, we will be back once the area is ready. We want to support the revitalization Of such a magical place.

Wonderful Family Christmas

The home was absolutely beautiful and a great location for us all to meet. It was sparkling clean and conveniently located to the places we wanted to see. There are things to do for everyone! Hot tub, board games, pool table, video games, and we pretty much made use of them all on our 1 rainy day. Plenty of bedrooms and spacious bathrooms for all. I really appreciated the thoughtful Christmas decorating, so lovely, took pictures in front of the tree and had gifts under it! Thank you so much for sharing this great home. We had dinners at LaStrada & the Lake House restaurants and highly recommend them both.

Beautiful home, great location

This is our 4th Thanksgiving week spent in the mountains and this is our overall favorite so far. The home is clean, updated and most importantly very spacious and comfortable. We had 8 adults and 3 children and everyone had the space they needed. The common areas are large enough to accommodate all of us to gather together comfortably. The kitchen is well appointed and we had everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. The views are outstanding!! The property is beautiful and laid out with care. The fire pit area has views of the lake and seating. The hot tub was hot and clean. The proximity to a grocery store was a big plus (less than 5 minutes away), along with Chimney Rock, Hendersonville and Asheville. I recommend this home for any travel plans you may have.
