"Our stay was pleasant"

"It was a lot of fun to stay at this hotel. Everyone in our party had a good time. We would stay there again. During this time, the pool was closed, which was a bummer but not a deal breaker. A few things to note. The bed was not very comfortable. The shower in our room looks cool, but is not practical as you can't adjust the head of the shower making you very close to the wall. The step down from the shower to the bathroom floor was a bit high and if not paying attention, might cause an injury. We had an "upgrade" but I am not sure what was upgraded. Our view was pretty looking out, but behind the building looking at the roof below. At two different points in our stay, the fire alarms went off, with not explanation. One leading some of our party to leave their room and take the stairs 22 floors. The people giving you perks were a little annoying. The machines, the live tables and the food and drink all in the hotel were AMAZING. I am still thinking about the food. The hotel is in a great location and are able to get to other places and in and out with uber quickly. We will stay there again."

"Pros: Well-Maintained Rooms: The guest rooms are in good condition and provide a comfortable stay. Great Ambience: The property is massive, featuring lovely grounds and a wonderful atmosphere. Cons: Excessive Check-In Wait: The check-in process took an unacceptable 40 to 50 minutes. Severe Room Assignment Error: One of my assigned rooms was already occupied by another guest. It took a significant struggle at the front desk and intervention by security to finally get the situation resolved and receive a new room."
