"Absolutely an incredible home to rent, we stayed in the winter so did not use the pool or the property itself much aside from the house. The house is clean, well stocked, good WiFi and cozy. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need and some things I would have never expected in a rental like wire racks for baking sheets. There were a lot of deer around that did not seem to be scared of humans much as old as you kept your distance. Hosts were very helpful, easy to communicate with and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend the hosts and this property to anyone that needs a lot of space. Also it is equipped with two washers and dryers that I did. It use but could be very helpful for large groups. "

"This was a great little getaway to break up the winter blues. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, fire pit, and fire place. Perfect for multiple adult couples, but would also be a nice place to bring along the kids as well. Would like to experience in the other seasons if given the opportunity."

When we arrived there were some things that needed attention (the coffee beans were low and not sufficient, one marshmallow bag was left open, the ping pong balls were all damaged, and there was not dish soap to fill the dispenser), but the owner was very communicative and quickly resolved issues. "The stay was perfect. Ryan is so organized and welcoming. The house was stocked like a home, not your usual rental where they give you three dishwasher pods and trash bags. Plenty of games, tvs were great also with Disney and YouTube included. The location by the stream really makes the place a gem. Our favorite place in poconos in three years. None of us wanted to leave!"
