The park is mainly a boat launch, but the old 17-92 swing bridge is part of the park and makes an excellent spot to watch boats and wildlife. Boat traffic funnels under the railroad drawbridge next to the park. There's an osprey nest on the drawbridge and the birds have to move from one side of the nest to the other when the bridge goes up.
