“Very rustic looking on outside but beautifully decorated and clean inside. Double size bed took a little getting used to and kitchen table was small. Very nice walk-in shower.. Hosts were very helpful and provided some nice extras. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking out over the water at many different birds and some fishermen.”

It was a very clean and well-appointed property, just a block from downtown and all the charming restaurants, breweries, and shops. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare the meals we had in the house. The hosts provided a basket with extra batteries and cables for devices in case you forgot yours. Very thoughtful. “We enjoyed our stay. Check-in/Check-out was very easy with detailed instructions from the hosts. The house was very clean and comfortable and in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to Spanish Springs Square, golf courses, pools, restaurants and grocery stores. The hosts provided several kitchen staples such as coffee, spices, baggies, etc. as well as a few toiletries and beach towels which was very nice. “We were lucky enough to find this gem of a place very last minute when our original place to stay fell through 4 days before our trip! We were visiting the villages to visit with family. The golf cart was a huge convenience in staying here. We took it almost everywhere! Spanish springs square is so convenient to this home and lake Sumter isn’t far at all either! “Decent place to stay. It’s furnished but little else. No frills. It’s on the water but you can only see the water from master bedroom window. We were hardly there so it served our purpose as an alternative to two hotel rooms for friends. Overflow parking and the HVAC unit is right outside second bedroom window.”
