“I should have read the other reviews before booking this hotel. This is a very old, historic hotel and it could be absolutely beautiful IF the owners and management cared. However, it was so dirty they should probably fire their cleaning staff. The bathroom wall tiles were dirty as was the sink and bathtub. I turned on the water in the tub and the water that came out initially was yellow and it stirred up black particles in and around the drain. Thankfully we were there only one night because I……

“The main thing that got me was the site when we booked said $10 per dog we get there and I'm informed it's $20 per dog. Didn't set well with me.”

Complementary breakfast is good enough to me - I stayed two days and they did offer some different choices, not many though. No refrigerator in room which is not convenient, but with ice machine at each floor so I'm okay with that eventually. Restaurant, convenient stores are nearby. Overall this is a nice place to stay. “👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was outdated, poorly designed, unclean, and had an unbearable odor. I stayed for just one night and checked out the next morning. However, right after returning my room key and getting into my car to leave, a male staff member suddenly knocked on my window and arrogantly asked if I still had a room. I told him I stayed there last night but had already checked out. He rudely demanded that I leave immediately. This……

“great experience, friendly staff”

“The room lacked lights, it was just too dark! Also the floor (carpet) in the room was not clean. The coffee in the breakfast tasted no flavor, and the pancake tasted a little strange. We stayed for 5 days and the experience was only saved by friendly greetings from the staff. However I will choose Holiday Inn Express next time.”
