“Room was a bit muggy and felt like the sheets were always wet. The power went out for quite a while and nothing was done and no one checked to see if guests were okay.”

“The breakfast was good. Both mornings had the same selections and were ok. The room was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking lot was well maintained, and I felt safe parking there.”

Then somehow I still had a 20ish debit against my card after the fact. Room was hot and never cooled down strong smell inside room.”

“There was a cockroach in the wall of our room. While the staff were setting up the extra bed, the cockroach crawled back into the wall, and no one acknowledged it or apologized. I had originally booked a double queen room, but instead of moving us to the correct room or relocating us, an extra bed was brought in from the hallway where it was stored with other items and squeezed into the room. We waited a very long time for the bed to be set up.The maintenance staff who handled the bed were kind……

“A breakfast came with our stay, which included scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, waffles fruit, oatmeal, cereal, etc that the staff maintained constantly. The food was fresh and good. From the front desk to the restaurants and housekeeping the staff was friendly and helpful.”

“The room was poor standard, windows not closing (leading to massive rain into the room during a storm), desk chair with seat sagging through (replaced nicely the staff with another chair with a sagging base), about half outlets not working. The bedding was surprisingly nice (although the blanket was not as big as the bed!). The pool was fine, the "jacuzzi" has been cemented over. There is no maid service for a multi-night stay, FYI. Breakfast was basic but varied and good for the price point of……

“The room was not too spacious. The refrigerator did not cool at all. One queen bed had a large sunken-in portion in the middle. There were many young loud children at breakfast. The variety of breakfast items were not too plentiful and tasty. There are lots of restaurants and things to do in this area.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. Smells like cigarettes, staff allows people to ask you for money in the lobby. They wanted an extra $40 per person in the room and refused a refund. Terrible place.”
