"The parking garage and price to park was horrendous. $51 a night for a hotel guest! The garage is a circle underground so tight spaces go in every direction. There’s no guarantee you’ll find space for your car. I’d never stay here again because of the parking alone. The hotel itself was great but I drive not take an uber so parking matters! "

"Great Hotel for staying one night near the airport, staff were excellent especially Ashley. Bed was extremely comfortable & room very clean, although found the shower room incredibly dark! Would recommend"

"You can only park valet...and that is only if you can find them. It took 20 minutes to him, in the side room, and then wake him-up enough that he could drive. Staff in in the lounge are not very attentive for an almost empty space. You are only paying for the history or nostalgia of the place which may have been great 50 years ago. Not worth the high prices and bad service. Would not stay here again."

"I do not do well sleeping in AC so it was nice that I was able to shut it off while I was there. They actually had it stopped for my room so they went above and beyond what most hotels do."

"ARC Hotel was great! Staff was amazing and recommended so many local places to go eat! Check in was a breeze! Location was close to tram and GWU. Five stars!!! "

"Horrible stay old and dirty rooms, broken things, food scattered in hallway, extra charges that you have to spend time recovering. Save your time and money stay elsewhere"

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice, but they have no elevators. You have to carry a luggage up and down steps and go up and down steps to get to breakfast. Not good if you have any disabilities or are up in age."
