“Great communication, had a couple of leaks and shower flooded but the maintenance came right away to fix it. Overall clean, AC/Heat unit in each room, big kitchen, wonderful sitting area and decor.”

“Small quiet town great to get away from it all. Wineries with live music and small town dining nearby. Easy to navigate the area by car. Katy trail in walking distance. Very clean and comfortable house. Had everything we needed and more!”

“This home was perfect for our short stay in St. Louis. The space was adequate for a small dinner with friends and provided plenty of space for us to socialize, play games, and relax. The rooms, kitchen and bathroom were clean and spacious. The host responded timely and answered all of our questions. The floors were a little questionable as far as cleanliness goes but did not take away from us being able to enjoy ourselves. We will definitely book again when in the area. ”

“Stay was good, but property could sure use a deep cleaning. Carpets were especially dirty. We weren’t sure where to park our sprinter rv. Property manager never responded to our question. Nice location, but condo condition detracted from our stay. ”

“It was overall an okay experience. There were a bunch of lady bugs by both doors in the living room upon arrival. There were old pieces of pizza in the pan storage under the oven and in the oven. ”

“Good communication from host. We stayed at this property while visiting family in the area. It was very comfortable for us. Both bedrooms have comfortable kind beds, one firmer than the other, which was perfect for us. Fenced back yard was handy for our dog to be able to go out. Dames park is just a few minutes away by car (less than 5) and we went there nearly every day to walk our dog. Our only suggestion would maybe be a more comfortable sofa. “Overall the place was nice and functional, but not super updated. When checking in at the gate, they were unable to find the reservation and guest info, but found it after a while. The deck and outdoor space was great and the overall location of the condo was close to the water, quiet, and easy to find. Folding beach chairs, toys, and tubes were included which was a nice surprise. ”

“We stayed here for my daughter's wedding. Lots of family in and out the few days around the wedding. This place was big enough to spread out. We enjoyed grilling and swimming in the pool too! It was very calming and peaceful for a very busy time.Great communication the entire time. Highly recommend staying here”

“Hosts were great, helpful and responsive. The Home is amazingly historic and so certainly has its limits, but it should not mean it cannot be warm and comfortable with decor and furnishings. There is no HVAC upstairs so space heaters were fussy to maintain and keep on with timers, etc. There is only two lamps in the home, so all rooms rely on ceiling fan lights - which are effective but do not allow a more relaxed evening or early morning atmosphere. Again, very cool house but just think……
