“Overall a great experience, had a small issue with the water heater however a quck text and a immediate reply the issue was resolved quickly.You can hear the above tenants walking around but it wasnt an issue during bed time hours.The bunk beds were a huge hit with my kids and the beds themselves were heavenly, slept like a baby. “Cabin was as described. The door code didn’t work and we messaged back and forth and never did get a working door code. We tried a side door and it was left unlocked is how we got in but we waited for maintenance for over 2 hours. We left the property unlocked all weekend because we never got a working code maintenance guy said Augusta was safe not to worry about it. Also the cabin was full of lady bugs. ”
