「My husband and I stayed for 7nights. It was such a beautiful quaint and perfect place for us. It was close to family and downtown. We highly recommend Joni’s above any hotel in the area. She has everything you need and we did not have to contact her even once for anything! We definitely plan to stay again when we’re coming to Bothell!」

「The unit is exactly as described. Although it is a bit smaller than it appears in the photos, it is a perfect studio sized apartment, very bright and cheery. I appreciated all the little amenities, and the easy check out. Edmond is a great spot to stay in Seattle; there is an Amtrak station there and the ferry to Kingston, was well as several great cafes. The instructions for access are a bit confusing, but the owner is quick to respond to questions.」

The grounds were amazing! A fountain, a gazebo, just glorious flower everywhere! I love victoriana, and it was a paen to that time. I can't wait to go back and explore again!」

「Clean, maybe a little dated, but overall nice. Great deck overlooking the bay. Well stocked for dishes, pans, cutlery, paper products. Washer and dryer with unscented laundry soap was a nice surprise, along with an airfryer. Appreciated those! Fireplace nice for cold rainy days was nice too. 2 full bathrooms was appreciated.」
